Rental Information

BASIC RATE (Per day) $650

  • Theater Use requires $1,000,000.00 Certificate of Liability
  • Rental Fee                 $400.00
  • Cleaning Fee            $150.00 (Non-refundable)
  • House Manager Fee $100.00

FACILITIES INCLUDED:

  • 332-350 seating capacity
  • Proscenium stage (26’ deep X 30’ wide)
  • Orchestra pit (above ground)
  • Green room
  • Lobby
  • Men’s and women’s bathrooms
  • Light and sound equipment:

Technician(s) for both is required with contractual agreement between Rentor and Renter.

Parking lot available adjacent to theater (Patrons pay to park)

OPTIONAL FACILITIES AVAILABLE

  • Marquee $25.00
  • Concession stand (negotiable)
  • Box Office (negotiable)
  • Piano: $225.00 ($75 for use, plus  $150 for post-performance tuning)
